Sustainable Marblehead recognized the Brown School PTO for its green efforts during our annual Monster Mash Halloween event.
From Sustainable Marblehead: Brown School PTO “held its annual spooky fun event “Monster Mash” on Friday night and event organizers Kate Whorf, Kate Schmeckpeper and Kristine Gummere are this week’s Green ‘Headers. They choose to use our water Igloos and compostable cups and bags at the event rather than plastic water bottles. With approximately 700-800 attendees, that is A LOT of plastic they saved.
