Please Sign Up for a Coffin School Lunch/Recess Volunteer Shift!
To help support the successful return to in-person learning, we are seeking volunteers to supervise socially distanced lunch periods and afternoon recess during the school day. If you are able to commit volunteer hours, please view these instructions on how to submit your CORI form and sign up below. If you are awaiting confirmation of your CORI status and have not heard back, you can also check with the front office at Coffin School (mills.linda@marbleheadschools.org).
We are coordinating coverage through the end of this school year (10 weeks) and asking volunteers to sign up and committ to at least 3 weeks at a time. (If you can pick a day of the week and committ that through the end of the year, even better!) While we have included the teacher names in the slots, please note that we ask for your flexibliity as we can not 100% confirm that you will be in your child’s class depending on the logistics of the day but we will do our best!
Please note, we are asking for coverage only for Coffin classrooms. Kindergarten lunch and recess at Eveleth will be covered by their specific teacher assistants.
We will do more communication and FAQ’s in advance, but for now wanting to ensure we can get the coverage we need. Thank you for your support!
